In the statement, participants must be at least 21 by October 30, 2022. As of October 30, 2022, they must be citizens of South Africa or Nigeria or lawful permanent residents of one of those countries. They must also have a valid form of identification.
According to the organizers, potential participants must be in top physical and mental condition and agree to be examined physically and psychologically by a doctor or doctors in Lagos State. The latter has been chosen by the producers.
